How long does shipping take for international orders?

Do you offer a warranty on assembled kits?
Yes, all fully assembled kits and official MiSTer Addons hardware come with a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by user modification or incorrect power supply usage.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Are the components tested before shipping?
Every PCB and add-on board we sell undergoes rigorous automated and manual testing to ensure 100% functionality before it leaves our facility.
